This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. This position may offer relocation assistance.You'll Bring these Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with at least 10 years of related experience, or Master’s and 8 years’ of experience. Experience leading teams/ and or organizations to achieve a common goal2 years of experience with program financial controls, the business acquisition process and operations, defining and implementing a wide range of performance metrics and dashboards to track trends (Ex. Candidate must be able to clearly present ideas to senior management, line management, and customers.Must be able to travel 5-10% of the timeA solid understanding of Cyber protection, resiliency and survivabilityCISSP Certification or other DoDI 8570 or equivalent qualificationExperience with RMF, DIACAP, NIST 800-53, security architecture, software assuranceExperience with Trusted System Networks (TSN) analysisFamiliarity with System Theoretic Process Analysis for Security (STPA-Sec)Experience with Model-based Systems Engineering concepts and toolsExperience with Agile methodologiesActive TS/SCIPrimary Level Salary Range: $193,800.00 - $290,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
