This includes having the technical knowledge to configure and setup tools related to cyber security (i.e. SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, systems, endpoint security tools) testing. The candidate will support system-level hardware in the loop test lines primarily in a lab test environment as well as cyber vulnerability testing for system level effects. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) disciplines from an accredited university and 8 years of related experience, or a Master’s Degree in a related discipline and 6 years of relevant experienceMust have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.Demonstrated experience interfacing with cross disciplined teams to accomplish a project/major taskSuccessfully demonstrated experience putting a plan in place and then executing to that plan with a teamDemonstrated experience communicating directly with customers or the ability to effectively communicate complex technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiencesThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:At least 1 year experience leading a major project and/or driving performance against schedulePrior experience in cyber test planning and executionFamiliarity with Northrop Grumman test PrOPPrior experience with planning and executing penetration test scenariosPrior experience working with Risk Management Framework standards and processesPrior experience with cyber vulnerability testingActive DoD Top Secret ClearanceCurrent CISSP-ISSEP or CCSP Cyber certificationsCurrent Sec + certificationExperience managing suppliers and/or writing SSOWsPrimary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
