Role Overview The Senior Mental Health Counselor supports a new Walk-In Behavioral Health Clinic by providing counseling, education, and case management to clients within structured programs as part of a multidisciplinary team. They assist in developing and maintaining program processes and group curricula, demonstrating advanced clinical skills and serving as a resource for other clinicians, while exemplifying core values. Key Responsibilities Deliver clinical counseling, education, and case management services Support program development and process maintenance Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care Qualifications & Skills Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related health field Alaska licensure (Masters Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor) upon hire Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Live Well Homecare
