Our modern MDR (Managed Detection & Response) approach is tailored to the unique characteristics and risk factors of each customer, enabling us to take full ownership of the response process and, optionally, manage key security controls. By thinking like an adversary and defending like a guardian, we help our customers stay a step ahead of threat actors We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help drive brand awareness and customer engagement while keeping our highest-priority marketing initiatives on track. This role suits a dynamic, organized self-starter who is comfortable with managing shifting priorities who brings a genuine passion for marketing and an ongoing desire to learn. What You Will Do Website Management Maintain and update the website to ensure accuracy and relevance Collaborate with designers and research design tools to support ongoing improvements Work with the Product Marketing Director to shape website content strategy and placement Manage the relationship with the external development team to enhance user experience Monitor website analytics and deliver regular performance reports Social Media Management Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement Create, schedule, and publish content across channels Monitor social channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner Coordinate with the broader marketing team to align programs and campaigns with the social strategy Design social creative or manage outside resources to produce it Track social channel performance and share regular reporting Event Management Support all external events (marketing, channel, and sales) with swag, content, and other event needs Manage external vendors handling shipments, orders, and onsite event logistics Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure supplies arrive where and when needed Content Generation Partner with the Director of Product Marketing to build and maintain the blog content calendar Use AI tools to help with editing and publishing blog content Manage external vendors for design and writing support on additional content needs What We Are Looking For 1-3 years of experience in website management, social media management, and content creation, ideally within an internal corporate marketing team Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities throughout the day Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, social media management tools, analytics software) Self-motivated and proactive, equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand development Adaptable and eager to learn, energized rather than overwhelmed by a high volume of concurrent priorities Some Of What We Offer Flexible Paid Time Off 401k with a company match Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage Voluntary Short Term and Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program with Mental Health Supplement Voluntary Basic, Accidental, and other ancillary life insurance Health Savings Account Contribution (with selection of a HDHP) 10 annual, paid holidays CyberMaxx will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran or military status, age, genetic information, or other characteristics protected by federal, state, or local applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
