The Tone: This role is for a Bookkeeper at HF Foods Group Inc., a company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a leading distributor of international foodservice solutions, HF Foods Group serves Asian restaurants and other businesses across the United States, operating through 15 strategically located distribution centers. This Bookkeeper position is a vital part of the Accounting Department, responsible for managing the company’s daily financial tasks. The individual in this role will ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency by expertly handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and essential bank account management and reconciliations. The TL;DR Role: Early Career Location: In-person Team: Accounting Department Mission: Accurately and efficiently manage the company’s daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office software What You’ll Actually Do Financial Record Keeping: Record daily financial transactions and ensure accurate posting. Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations for accounts receivable receipts, vendor invoices, bank accounts, and inventory counts. Transaction Processing: Process accounts receivable and payable, including the issuance of checks. Financial Monitoring: Monitor financial transactions and reports to maintain financial integrity and understand ledgers. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with HR and logistics teams on matters related to safety and worker compensation. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma with basic bookkeeping experience and knowledge of general accounting principles. Experience: Experience utilizing Microsoft Office software for financial tasks.
