Part-Time Eatontown, NJ, US 8 days ago Requisition ID: 2438 Salary Range: $20.00 To $24.00 Hourly IVI RMA North America has a need for a Part‑Time Phlebotomist for our Eatontown, NJ clinic. This is a part‑time role working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6am‑11am and Wednesdays from 6am‑2pm with rotating weekends. This individual will draw blood from patients for laboratory procedures used in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. The Phlebotomist maintains a cooperative relationship with clinical staff and helps to create a positive experience for our patients. Essential Functions and Accountabilities Properly identifies patients. Performs and explains the process of the venipuncture and/or other specimen collection as required. Conducts blood draws, labeling specimens, and centrifuging specimens. Stores and transports specimen samples according to the different procedures to maintain integrity of the specimen. Understands and complies with OSHA and DEP regulations. Maintains clean and stocked phlebotomy area. Reassures patients and provides comfort to ease anxieties. Academic Training Completion of a Phlebotomy Program – highly preferred (required in CA, WA, TX). Studies level: Certification. Studies area: Phlebotomy Program. Position Requirements/Experience 3+ years recent work performing venipunctures in a fast‑paced lab or hospital setting (required). Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings. Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook (required). Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience (required).
