Sales Representative for Ohio & Indiana Territories

The Sales Representative for Ohio & Indiana territories, will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across Ohio & Indiana US markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the Ohio & Indiana US landscape and customer needs to effectively promote and sell our products and services. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for Ohio & Indiana US customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Ultimately, this position aims to expand our market presence in Ohio & Indiana US while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Minimum qualifications include proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on the Ohio & Indiana US market or cross-border sales. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management is required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively. Legal authorization to work in the United States is also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools, background in the specific industry relevant to industrial and manufacturing, and post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients within the Ohio & Indiana US market to generate new business opportunities, managing and nurturing existing client relationships to maximize customer retention and satisfaction, conducting product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the needs of Ohio & Indiana US customers, negotiating contracts and closing sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regional regulations, collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences, monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and identify growth opportunities, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets and inform management decisions.
