Investigator Assistant

Position Anticipated End Date: 2026-06-02 Position Title: Investigator Assistant Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm EST Location: Hybrid 1; Eastern Standard Time PulsePoint locations highly preferred Overview This role requires associates to be in-office one day per week to foster collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility for productivity and work-life balance. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence at an Elevance Health location at least once per week unless otherwise specified. Responsibilities Collect, research, and validate bills and claims data against relevant guidelines. Assist in the preparation of statistical and financial analysis reports. Request medical records and additional documentation required for investigation. Complete initial file set-up and track cases. Process and track all incoming reimbursement checks. Assist in managing fraud hotline calls. Provide administrative support for investigative management and staff. Minimum Requirements Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
