Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Float to various units and sister campuses as required, providing direct care in PCU/IMC/Stepdown settings.
• Handle a patient ratio of 4 to 6:1 depending on patient mix.
• Utilize Epic EMR systems for patient documentation and care coordination.
• Administer care to adult and geriatric populations while maintaining a professional environment.
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications, including BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS.
• Ensure documentation is completed by the hard document deadline, maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PCU nursing experience.
• Current FL/Compact nursing license with recent Nursys verification.
• BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications required.
• Flexibility with regards to floating and working at sister campuses.
• Degree accreditation or 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Willingness to integrate into the core staff and uphold facility culture.
