While working directly with our Director of Operations, the Dining Room Host will gain valuable life experience that goes far beyond keeping our restaurant clean and welcoming. They play a key part in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dine-in experience and receives Chick-fil-A's signature hospitality.Job duties include but are not limited to the following:Greet guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitalityMaintain eye contact and communicate enthusiastically with guestsProvide table touchpoints and offer assistance proactivelyKeep the dining room and restrooms clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all timesAnticipate guest needs and make emotional connectionsUphold and model the restaurant's vision and valuesWork efficiently while maintaining thoroughness and attention to detailSupport fellow team members and foster a positive team environmentCommunicate clearly and courteously with guests and team membersFollow all Chick-fil-A rules, procedures, and dress code standardsPerform other dining-room–related duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Consistent, reliable, and punctualCheerful, positive, and guest-focused attitudePassion for serving and helping othersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitaskWorks well independently and collaborativelyWilling and able to work a flexible scheduleAble to lift and carry 10–50 lbs regularlyComfortable being on your feet for extended periodsMost Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
