Position Summary

Robinwood Dental Center is seeking a full-time Front Desk Business Associate to join our welcoming and patient-focused team in Hagerstown, MD.

As a Dental Front Office Business Assistant, you will help patients and team members keep the office running smoothly. Your friendly and professional demeanor will help create a positive final impression for each patient visit while supporting lasting patient relationships, return visits, and referrals.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients

• Review pre-authorizations with patients

• Prepare and review financial contracts with patients

• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to maintain an efficient schedule

• Perform general office support and administrative tasks

• Contribute to a positive patient experience through a calm, caring, and professional demeanor

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support daily operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous dental front desk experience preferred but not required

• Experience using electronic patient record software

• Basic math skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, positive, and dependable work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office technology

Compensation

• $18.00 - $23.50 per hour, based on experience
