Beth Santillan's State Farm Agency is looking for an energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented professional to help expand our reach and connect more customers with the insurance solutions they need.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, creating new opportunities, and seeing a direct connection between their effort and the growth of the business.

You will play an important role in building the agency's sales pipeline by reaching prospective customers, generating interest, qualifying leads, and scheduling conversations for the sales team.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing & Lead Generation Representative , you will help create new business opportunities and keep prospective customers engaged throughout the early stages of the sales process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce insurance products and agency services
• Identifying and qualifying potential customers based on their needs and interest
• Following up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources
• Scheduling qualified appointments for licensed team members
• Providing general information and answering basic questions about available insurance options
• Building rapport quickly and creating a positive first impression of the agency
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, follow-up activity, and customer interactions
• Consistently managing a pipeline of prospective customers
• Tracking call activity, lead generation, and appointment results
• Following established agency and State Farm communication and compliance guidelines

Who We're Looking For

Strong candidates typically have:

• Previous sales, telemarketing, customer outreach, or lead generation experience
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence making outbound calls and starting conversations with new people

• Excellent organization and follow-up habits
• Comfort working with CRM systems and tracking lead activity
• A professional and courteous telephone presence
• Basic insurance knowledge or the willingness to learn
