Position Overview
Our organization is in search of an ECMO Specialist to deliver specialized assistance to critically ill adult and pediatric patients who need extracorporeal life support. This on-site position within our Healthcare & Medical Services team involves overseeing ECMO circuits, diligently monitoring patient conditions, and working in partnership with intensivists, surgeons, nurses, and respiratory therapists to ensure the provision of safe, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain ECMO circuits effectively.
- Monitor patient status closely to ensure optimal care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including intensivists, surgeons, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
- Deliver safe and evidence-based medical care to patients.
- Experience in ECMO management and patient care.
- Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
This role is based on-site, requiring active participation in a dynamic healthcare setting.
