Responsibilities

1. List and sell residential real estate in Lansing and surrounding communities
2. Convert inbound buyer leads into signed clients
3. Negotiate contracts aggressively and professionally
4. Provide accurate CMAs and pricing strategy
5. Deliver 5-star client experience
6. Maintain an active Michigan Real Estate License and GLAR Membership
