About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to join its Executive Leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a human capital strategy that is in line with the organization's strategic plan. This role involves overseeing all HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and HR fiscal management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of HR experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in banking, particularly in a community bank setting. Key priorities for the role include operating as a strategic advisor, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing, customer-focused workforce.
