Senior Associate, Leveraged Finance & Private Credit

A leading law firm in Chicago is seeking a Senior Associate in Leveraged Finance/Private Credit. Ideal candidates should have 5–7 years' experience in complex debt transactions and possess strong drafting and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing sponsor-backed financings and asset-based lending deals. This role requires significant involvement in high-stakes negotiations and a solid understanding of financial market terms.
