Physical Therapist - Full Time - Up to $63+/hr + Sign On and Relo!

Physical Therapist

Full-time Physical Therapist providing individualized care to restore mobility and independence in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate referred patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and administer evidence-based interventions
• Promote functional mobility, strength, balance, gait, endurance, and independence
• Provide safe, compassionate care across all age groups
• Complete timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, progress, and discharge plans
• Assign and supervise PTAs and rehabilitation aides to support patient care
• Review and update treatment plans for patients receiving support staff services
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and staff on treatment plans, home exercise, and injury prevention
• Assist in orientation of new employees and volunteers
• Supervise and evaluate physical therapy students and PTA students during clinical affiliations
• Assume Charge Therapist responsibilities as needed
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California Physical Therapist License or eligibility for California licensure
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from American Heart Association
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices and patient-centered care
• No prior PT experience required; new graduates welcome
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
