Responsibilities

Drive agency growth by setting and achieving ambitious regional sales targets.

Recruit, train, and provide ongoing mentorship to a growing team of sales professionals.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all client interactions meet our high standards for service.

Foster a supportive culture where agents feel empowered to grow their own careers and business.

Represent The Atlantic District in community events and local professional circles to build our brand.

Collaborate with executive leadership to refine our long-term market strategy and sales tactics.

Requirements

Active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.

Documented track record of success in life and health sales.

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales force.

Deep understanding of the Virginia insurance regulatory landscape.

Strong organizational skills for managing agency operations.

Established professional network within the Roanoke community.
