Now Hiring: Payment Processor
\n \nLocation- North Brunswick, NJ
\nPay Rate- $19–$21 per hour
\nFull Time- 40 hours a week
\n \nZing is seeking a Payment Processor to join a fast-paced production team responsible for processing incoming customer payments. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in finance, accounting, banking operations, or payment processing .
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n- \n
- Sort, open, and organize incoming mail \n
- Scan payment documents using high-speed OPEX scanners \n
- Perform basic data entry of payment information \n
- Prepare processed remittance for client and bank delivery \n
- Follow secure processing procedures and quality standards \n
- Cross-train in other operational areas as needed \n
What We're Looking For
\nRequired:
\n- \n
- High school diploma or GED \n
- 6+ months of experience in payment processing, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, billing, document processing, or other finance/accounting-related administrative work OR education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field \n
- Basic computer and math skills \n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment \n
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening \n
Preferred:
\n- \n
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field \n
- Experience with 10-key data entry \n
- Experience in lockbox operations, mail processing, document imaging, AP/AR, or payment processing \n
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant environments \n
