Service Specialist/Receptionist

Details Client: Wipro Location: Austin, TX Position Title: Receptionist / Office Services Associate (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $22.52/hour Position Overview This is a hybrid Reception / Office Services Associate role supporting a Wipro office environment. While reception and hospitality are core responsibilities, the position is not intended to be a front desk-only role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, service-oriented, and capable of supporting a variety of workplace and administrative functions as business needs evolve. The client is looking for someone who can grow into additional responsibilities over time and become a well-rounded office support resource rather than remain limited to reception duties. Core Responsibilities Reception coverage and front desk management Guest greeting and hospitality support Visitor registration and badge coordination Phone and email monitoring Conference room readiness and meeting support Vendor and delivery coordination Office supply and inventory management Workplace experience support General office services tasks Administrative support as assigned Special projects and operational support Candidate Profile 1–2 years of office, hospitality, workplace experience, or customer service experience preferred Professional appearance and communication skills Strong hospitality and customer service mindset Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Adaptable and capable of handling multiple responsibilities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Reliable and accountable Comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership Demonstrates growth potential and ability to take on additional responsibilities over time Important Distinction The client is not seeking a traditional receptionist whose responsibilities are limited to greeting visitors and answering phones. This role is expected to support broader office operations and workplace functions as needed.
