This entry-level position delivers friendly onsite service and helps customers navigate products, services, and experiences while creating positive interactions.
Core activities
· Welcome and engage customers
· Understand customer needs through conversation
· Provide helpful information and practical assistance
· Coordinate solutions with other onsite team members
A strong candidate is personable, dependable, organized, coachable, and comfortable starting conversations. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, enjoys helping people, listens carefully, and works effectively in a fast-moving environment. Related experience is helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing roles may also be valuable.
