Seeking a talented Multimedia Graphic Designer for a remote, part-time position focused on enhancing the visual identity of the brand through impactful content graphics, digital design, and presentation materials. Key responsibilities Produce engaging YouTube thumbnails and Instagram carousels that elevate brand aesthetics Design and optimize landing pages and website elements to convert visitors into leads and customers Create visually compelling presentation decks that captivate audiences during live events Required qualifications 4+ years of design experience with a portfolio showcasing thumbnails, carousels, and web pages Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and a web design tool like Webflow or Figma Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to effectively pair visuals with messaging Understanding of design as a growth lever, focusing on conversion rather than aesthetics alone Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to feedback while maintaining quality
