Recruiter IV (Contract) Location: Irving, TX (On-Site) Duration: 12-Month Contract Pay: up to $53/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible start/end times) About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support a high-volume hiring portfolio focused on highly specialized technology and engineering talent. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and excels at building strong partnerships with hiring leaders. You will serve as a strategic talent advisor, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for critical technology, software, engineering, AI, robotics, autonomy, and digital-focused positions. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized technology and engineering positions from intake through offer acceptance. Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles. Conduct market mapping and targeted outreach to identify and engage passive candidates. Screen and assess candidates against technical qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, and overall fit. Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, sourcing strategy, and candidate selection. Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations to business stakeholders. Coordinate interview processes, candidate communications, and offer execution. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and recruiting metrics. Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities to improve hiring outcomes and speed. Required Qualifications 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience recruiting for highly specialized technical and engineering roles. Strong sourcing, networking, and talent pipelining abilities. Experience engaging passive candidates in competitive markets. Ability to manage multiple complex requisitions simultaneously. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive hiring decisions. Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
