Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the social, emotional, and developmental needs of clients.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they are tailored to meet each family's unique requirements.

• Monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster effective support.

• Provide guidance and support to families, empowering them to enhance their child's development through practical strategies and resources.

• Utilize a coaching model within natural environments to facilitate learning and growth for children and their families.

• Adhere strictly to all federal, state, and organizational policies to maintain the highest standards of ethical practice and client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage mainly with children and families connected to our Detox Center. This role focuses on helping infants and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays, guiding them toward achieving key milestones during their formative years.
