BCBA — St. Louis, MO | Home & School-Based ABA Therapy
The Gateway City has no shortage of kids who need great clinicians. Are you one of them?
This isn't a copy-paste ABA job. No revolving door of cases you barely recognize. No drowning in paperwork while someone else sets your hours. This is a role built for a BCBA who wants to actually practice — with the autonomy, support, and flexibility to do it well.
We're growing our St. Louis presence and looking for the right clinician to grow with us.
What the role looks like:
You'll work with kids across the St. Louis area in the environments that matter most — their homes and their schools. You'll lead assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner closely with families to make sure progress doesn't stop when the session does.
No two days look the same. That's kind of the point.

Hold your BCBA certification (BCaBA under supervision welcome to apply)
Have experience in home and/or school-based ABA
Lead with empathy — for kids, families, and your team
