Prepare quotes and guide clients through the process of selecting the right coverage for their families and assets. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all policy documentation is precise and up-to-date. Proactively reach out to existing policyholders to review their coverage and ensure it still aligns with their current life stages. Participate in local events to build awareness of the agency and foster a sense of trust within the Gautier neighborhood. Collaborate with the agency owner to refine sales strategies and contribute to the overall success of the office. Requirements Active Mississippi Property & Casualty insurance license. Demonstrated ability to engage with potential clients and explain insurance options clearly. Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple digital platforms. Attention to detail and a high degree of organizational skill. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding personal goals.
