Human Resources Generalist

We seek a human resources professional who is ready to provide broad-based support across the full range of HR functions as a Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate brings a positive, can-do attitude, is detail-oriented and highly organized, and can be trusted with sensitive and confidential information. As a member of our administrative team, you will: Responsibilities Support HR activities and programs for the Firm, help administer day-to-day HR operations, and assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Maintain HR files, staffing records, and HRIS data; prepare the monthly census report, compliance reports, and audits, coordinating with accounting and payroll/HRIS vendors as needed. Serve as a resource for applicants and employees on HR policies, benefits, and hiring processes, and support employee relations by fielding questions and concerns, escalating complex issues to the Director of HR. Coordinate, prepare and submit payroll and compile annual surveys and reports. Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, invoicing, and support for annual enrollment. Manage full-cycle recruiting, including postings, screening, interview scheduling, and temporary/contract staffing, as well as new hire onboarding, offboarding, and orientation. Support the performance review process for all non-owner employees. Liaise with staff supervisors on performance review meetings and workload management. Co-manage the wellness program with the Chief Attorney Talent Officer; and support other HR programs, employee appreciation initiatives, and intranet content. Work Environment This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week in the office. Compensation We are committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $92,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which are listed below. HRIS experience; proficient with or able to quickly learn payroll management, human resources information systems, and similar applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information and situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exhibit an excellent customer service attitude. Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws, including but not limited to FMLA, PFML, COBRA, FLSA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, and OSHA. Able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or related software. Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows (drafting, tone refinement, proofreading, summarization, and content adaptation) with sound judgment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
