Overnight Weekend LPN — Friday, Saturday, Sunday Nights

Kundalini Management is hiring a skilled, compassionate LPN for a 1:1 overnight weekend case in a private home. You'll use the full scope of your clinical training, trach and vent care, suctioning, medication administration, vital sign and O2 sat monitoring, all with one client, none of the chaos of a facility floor. If you want your skills to matter for one person instead of being spread across ten, this is that job.

Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight. Location: Kirtland, Ohio (Lake County). Pay: Competitive, based on experience and licensure

$26 - $28.88 hourly

• Provide skilled, awake overnight nursing care in a home setting, 1:1

• Manage tracheostomy care and ventilator support, including suctioning

• Complete repositioning and transfers every two hours

• Monitor vital signs and oxygen saturation levels per physician orders

• Administer medications per care plan

• Complete clinical assessment for a diagnosed lung and breathing disorder

• Respect the client's right to direct his own care and maintain his privacy and dignity

• Active Ohio LPN license

• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care strongly preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to consistent weekend overnight hours

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful of client independence and choice

• Background check and required health screenings

• Reliable transportation to Kirtland, Ohio
