Borsheims is seeking a full-time Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Ecommerce team. This role is responsible for creating meaningful customer experiences through marketing campaigns that engage customers at every stage of their journey with Borsheims. The Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will leverage customer insights, marketing automation, and CRM technology to strengthen customer relationships, increase retention and loyalty, and drive long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a passion for understanding customer behavior and delivering relevant, data-driven communications. This position plays a key role in developing customer-focused marketing strategies that enhance engagement, encourage repeat purchases, and build lasting brand affinity.

Job Duties

Execute customer lifecycle marketing strategy in support of brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, key products, promotions and merchandise priorities, Coordinates the day-to-day efforts of customer lifecycle marketing initiatives to ensure timely, accurate, and effective delivery across all customer touchpoints.

• Develop and deploy Email and SMS campaigns, automated customer journey flows, dynamic content and personalization that optimize customer onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and loyalty while supporting revenue growth and customer lifetime value.
• Tests customer messaging to identify opportunities that improve customer engagement and marketing performance. Optimizes customer journeys based on customer demographics, behaviors, omnichannel purchasing patterns, and lifecycle stages to encourage long-term engagement and drive incremental revenue.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze customer engagement, retention, loyalty, and revenue metrics.
• Utilize customer insights and behavioral data to improve customer experiences and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Serve as the primary user and subject matter expert for lifecycle marketing and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Ecommerce, Buying, and Sales teams to ensure consistent customer experience across all channels.
• Communicate project status, campaign results, and recommendations to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Four year degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising or Business Communications
• 1-2 years of experience with lifecycle marketing, including customer journey personalization, retention and loyalty, re-engagement, and lifetime value.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo or Hubspot and audience mapping.
• Experience creating email/SMS marketing campaigns, automated flows, and data segments.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting, including Google Analytics or other business intelligence platforms.
• Ability to grasp business outcomes and is able to react quickly and prioritize opportunities based on department and business needs.
• Excellent messaging skills that appeal to different audience segments.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Possesses strong organization and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to move about the store from department to department, get behind narrow counter areas, bend down or reach up into drawers/shelves.
• Dexterity to write in small print, handle small jewelry/gift items, operate a computer keyboard, and operate office equipment.
• Stamina to sit for over eight hours.
• Ability to lift and carry approximately 20 lbs.
