Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Preparation and submission of owners monthly pay applications

Processing subcontractors monthly pay applications

Working closely with Project Managers on the financial aspect of a project

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organization skills/self-motivation.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

1-2 years previous accounting experience preferred.

Construction accounting experience is a plus.

Ability to communicate and interact with associates, subcontractor partners, and vendors in a professional manner.

Ability to handle pressure in a positive professional manner

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Office, and Outlook) required.

Attention to accuracy and detail in all areas of responsibility
