About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med Surg/Rehabilitation) – Colorado

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts on a 27-bed acute rehabilitation unit. Patient ratio 5:1. Day shift staffed with 1 Charge RN, 4 RNs, and 2 CNAs.

• Acute rehabilitation unit specializing in neuro, trauma, and orthopedic recovery within a Level 1 trauma center
• Freshly renovated 4th floor unit with state-of-the-art equipment including iMobile technology on iPhones, IV pumps, wound vacs, telemetry, and computers in every patient room
• EMR system: Meditech
• Collaborative environment working alongside two onsite rehab physicians and a dynamic PT/OT/ST therapy team
• Typical procedures include medication administration, wound care, dressing changes, blood administration, neuro checks, telemetry monitoring, and stroke rehabilitation care
• Supportive, low-drama culture with highly experienced staff and strong teamwork

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of current Med/Surg or Rehabilitation nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation nursing, orthopedics, neuro, or trauma nursing
