Position: Full-time Receptionist | Front Desk
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits after one year of employment. The ideal candidate will have dental office experience, be fluent in Spanish, and know EagleSoft software.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Handle billing and insurance claims
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
