This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable assembling small components in a production environment. Job Responsibilities: Operate a coil winding machine to produce quality components Assemble small parts and components accurately according to specifications Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Job Requirements: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Experience working with very small parts is a plus Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Must xmvmafu be dependable and able to work a consistent schedule Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Benefits of the Position: $17.50/hour starting pay First shift schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience
