About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Growth to lead its long-term growth strategy, expand market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, capture management, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement to identify and secure new business opportunities. This executive will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to develop and execute enterprise growth strategies, cultivate senior customer relationships, and position the company to capitalize on emerging mission needs and technology trends. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in the Federal Defense market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships. The Chief of Growth will also be tasked with leading a high-performing growth organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement, and representing the company at various industry and customer engagements. Candidates for the Chief of Growth position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience, with a preference for those holding an MBA. The role demands a professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to the company's core values of quality, integrity, and respect. The ideal candidate will have a diverse network of contacts in both government and industry, a deep understanding of the defense mission space, and the ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
