Job Description Take all OB problem phone calls and document the charts appropriately Review abnormal mammogram results and communicate results with patients Manage the clinical staff including, but not limited to reviews, training, updates with policy and procedures. (CNR) Review their task lists daily Manage their time off requests/no shows Coordinate their lunch schedules (or even if they get one) Advocate for the front office staff and back office staff Qualifications Licensed RN 1 + yearas a RN in an OB/GYN office Must be IV certification On-Call coverage after hours Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, practitioners, staff, and management.
