Role Description
At Kapres Technology, we are looking for a Senior Developer COBOL to join a multinational client that is a leader in the logistics sector.
- 10+ years COBOL development preferable Microfocus
- IMFirst experience (Ingram Micro developed code - heavily modified) a huge plus
- Pro*C & Oracle DB experience is a plus
- Linux/UNIX O/S experience is a plus
- Location: Global, is not a factor - but will need overlap with US Eastern and Manilla, PH for team meetings and reviews
- Needs to bring an open mind and an ability to dig into code for answers
- Needs to be self-starter and motivated
- Experience with JIRA and GitLab (or equivalent tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications
