We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment.

Our positions are essential business in a non-retail and non-public environment. In addition, the company provides PPE to all employees.

Compensation

Competitive pay comprised of:

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position , with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

Compensation

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• 6 Monthsof ORDER PICKING and PACKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Order Auditing/Stocking REQUIRED
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
• Overtime including weekends (with notice) REQUIRED
• Be adaptable and prepared to do numerous tasks in a day. Duties to include, but not limited to, Stocking, Picking, Auditing and Boxing/Palletizing - REQUIRED .
• ABILITY TO WORK: MONDAY - FRIDAY 7 am - 3:30 pm
