Production Team Leader

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Team Leader to join their team. As a Production Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Team Leader Location: El Paso, TX Pay Range:$29.00 Shift: 7am to 4pm What's the Job? Provide leadership and support for the implementation, development, and direction of production teams. Monitor and improve productivity to ensure all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality, and cost-effective manner. Develop and create training plans to maximize workforce capability and ensure continuous improvement. Lead compliance initiatives, including Environmental, Health & Safety efforts, supporting plant goals. Drive LEAN manufacturing implementation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. What's Needed? Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience in production, supply chain, or leadership roles. Ability to lead and develop teams effectively. Strong computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software. Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams and departments.
