• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canton, MI. In this role, you will work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure a positive experience and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently report to work

Preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues and concerns
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes and provide updates as needed
• Scan and verify required documentation and records
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely communication to stakeholders

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
