Management Trainee

Responsibilities for this career include: Qualifying prospects within the area and building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals Quickly moving prospects throughout the sales process by delivering an outstanding customer experience Recruiting and hiring for your team Completing training for all new hires and continuing training for the sales staff Providing coaching and accountability to the team as necessary Engaging in one-on-one reviews with team members to maximize performance Strategizing new training methods to be implemented Collecting and interpreting data to determine the effectiveness of training techniques Qualifications for this position: 18 years or older Pass a background check (no felonies or pending charges) Hold a valid Georgia driver's license Hold a valid Georgia Insurance License, or be willing to get licensed with our scholarship program Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills Basic computer skills Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service experience is a plus Extra commitment and willingness to receive initial classroom product training, field training, and mentoring (as well as the commitment to continuous education throughout workshops, seminars, and conferences) #J-18808-Ljbffr
