Top Sales Performer Track

If you are driven by results and income growth, this role gives you the opportunity to increase your earnings through commissions, bonuses, and performance recognition. You will receive ongoing coaching and training to help you become highly skilled in insurance sales.

Leadership / Management Track

For team members who demonstrate leadership ability, accountability, and a desire to coach others, there may be opportunities to grow into management. In this path, you will help lead sales representatives, drive team performance, and take on greater responsibility within the agency.

Financial Services Track

If you are interested in expanding your knowledge beyond insurance, we offer a path to grow into financial services. This may include helping customers with life insurance, retirement planning, and other financial products designed to protect their future.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

• Develop leads and generate new business opportunities
• Schedule appointments with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent follow-up
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a high level of daily activity
• Provide timely and thorough activity updates to the agent
• Commit to personal growth, training, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Successful sales experience or a track record of meeting goals preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Coachable with a strong desire to grow
• Enthusiastic about helping people protect what matters most
• Property & Casualty license required or must be able to obtain
• Life & Health license required or must be able to obtain
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be able to work in office — this is not a remote position

Training Program

Our training program includes:

• Learning how to market auto, home, life, health, and financial services products
• Setting and tracking sales and growth goals
• Working closely with the agent to understand office operations, systems, and sales processes
• Developing strong product knowledge and customer conversation skills
• Building the habits necessary to succeed in a high-performing sales environment
