Director of Manufacturing Operations

Bluewater Hayes is partnering with a growing industrial manufacturer seeking a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, maintenance, facilities, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role for an operationally minded executive who thrives on building teams, driving performance, and creating scalable processes within a manufacturing environment What You'll Do Lead day-to-day manufacturing and supply chain operations Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth objectives Lead production planning, inventory management, maintenance, and facility operations Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Build and develop high-performing leadership teams Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Commercial leadership to achieve business goals What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience Proven success leading multi-functional operations teams Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence Demonstrated ability to improve performance, develop talent, and drive change Experience in industrial manufacturing environments preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
