NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. (Weekends available, evenings preferred) All clinicians are W-2 employees , offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions . Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation , even when clients cancel—as we believe your time and expertise should be valued. Why Work Here? Competitive Compensation: Earn $45-$55 per hour for hourly fee-for-service clinicians, with premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience. W-2 Employment: We hire W-2 employees only- no 1099 contractor arrangements. What You’ll Do Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary Who You Are Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus! Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required Premiums Paid For Non-English language capacity Experience Select clinical specialties Compensation Hourly Fee for Service: 45/hour for MA Level

• 50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• 55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• 65-$70/hour for independent license
