AI Server Hardware Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Server Hardware Manager located in San Jose, CA. We are seeking a highly experienced and technically deep power electronics and server hardware expert to lead or contribute to the development of next-generation high-power server power solutions. This role is ideal for an individual who combines strong hands-on engineering capability with system-level design thinking and, where applicable, technical leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electrical Automation, or a closely related field, with 10+ years of progressive industry experience in power supply or high-power hardware development. Candidates with proven experience in server power supplies, data center power systems, or medium-to-high power conversion products will be strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Complete the project system solution design and hardware solution design;
• Circuit Design: Responsible for circuit design, component selection, PCB design, and other detailed circuit design work;
• Testing and debugging: hardware power circuits, control circuits, EMC debugging, self-testing, and solving major test issues;
• Technology Platform Management: Accumulate technical platforms during product development, including technical specifications, general technical modules, case studies, writing scientific papers, patent analysis, and application.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in power electronics, electrical automation, or related fields;
• Over 10 years of experience in industry power supply development, with preference given to those with R&D and management experience in server power supplies/medium to high power supply products and personnel/team management;
• Familiar with the principles of switching power supplies, especially the working principles of PFC and LLC circuits;
• Familiar with switching power supply performance, testing instruments and methods;
• Preference given to those with successful mass production cases in developed products .
• Language Skills: ability to understand Chinese is a plus (communicate effectively with our all teams from China HQ)
