HVAC Service Technician

Our rotating on-call schedule is designed with your personal time in mind. We stop taking after hour calls at 9:00 p.m., and weekend hours are limited so you can rest, sleep in, and still enjoy your evenings. From company outings to our annual party, we work hard, enjoy what we do, and make time to celebrate our team.

Pay: $26-34/hour Depending on Experience + SPIFFs

Job Duties:

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide honest recommendations
Perform high-quality service while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
Complete service documentation accurately using company-provided technology
Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and integrity

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA certification
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Dependable, team-oriented mindset
