We are hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support nonprofit organizations through face-to-face community outreach, fundraising campaigns, local events, and community engagement.
No previous fundraising or nonprofit experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship to help you develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, fundraising, relationship building, and community engagement.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, customer service professionals, retail associates, hospitality workers, sales professionals, event staff, and anyone interested in building a career in nonprofit outreach and communications.
What You'll Do- Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach campaigns.
- Engage with community members through friendly, professional, face-to-face conversations.
- Educate the public about nonprofit programs, missions, and community initiatives.
- Increase awareness and support for charitable campaigns.
- Participate in local events, tabling programs, community activities, and fundraising initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with community members and supporters.
- Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally.
- Support fundraising and community engagement goals.
- Work alongside experienced team members to learn effective outreach and communication strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development.
- Help create positive experiences for the communities and organizations we serve.

Previous nonprofit or fundraising experience is not required . Paid training and mentorship are provided.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, communications, marketing, education, or community service can be helpful but is not required.

This is a face-to-face, community-based position . Representatives may work at local events, outreach locations, community programs, and other public-facing environments.
This is not a call-center position and is not a remote/work-from-home position.
