Service/ Rental/ State Inspection Clerk

We are searching for an ambitious person that wants an opportunity for a career and not just a job!

The right person will love dealing with people, be organized and outgoing. Checking rentals in and out and keeping the rental fleet organized as well as being a cashier/clerk for the service department.

Job duties include but not limited to:

- In charge of daily rentals and rental agreements.

- Processing payment for rentals and Service Invoices

- Processing State Inspection write -up and closing Inspections

- Making online Service appointments

- Contacting Customer for follow-up and appointments.

-Answering Service phone lines.

- Other Misc task to help Service Advisor provide exceptional customer Service.
