Operating Room Assistant

Operating Room Assistant – Surgery Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, Mission Hills, CA. This is a Per Diem position working 8‑hour variable shifts. Responsibilities • Prepares the operating room for surgery as directed, using appropriate techniques. • Provides technical services and assists in procedures as directed. • Transports patients and supplies. • Participates in the daily activities of the department as an active team member. • Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to the assigned age‑specific patient population and participates in related continuing education. Qualifications Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
