The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help build multi-tenant solutions to help Neocloud providers to offer high-value services such as GPU-as-a-Service, Model-aaS and Kubernetes-aaS. About the Team

The Product Management team for Nutanix Agentic AI is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, working on the recently announced Agentic AI solutions ( . Our focus is on driving the development of our full stack solutions for both Enterprise and Neocloud use cases. The team is led by Oscar ( , a seasoned product management leader with extensive experience in the enterprise technology space. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction. Working in this team offers the opportunity to be part of a high-energy environment and help us rapidly build and expand our business focused on Agentic AI infrastructure solutions.

Your Role

• Define and execute strategy for a catalog of Agentic AI solutions for Neoclouds

• Gather and prioritize customer feedback for product requirements

• Build consensus and clarity across teams for product goals

• Write comprehensive market and product requirement documents

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product delivery

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Provide ongoing support to drive high customer satisfaction

• Create and maintain internal and external facing collateral

What You Will Bring

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

• Experience with Hybrid Multi-Cloud services

• Experience working with Neoclouds/Service Providers

• You should have direct experience or a strong familiarity with the AI/ML product ecosystem including LLM Inference, MLOps workflows and Agent Harness and Tools.

• 3-5 years of product management experience in enterprise datacenter products, AI/ML, Kubernetes, Virtualization, IaaS, PaaS, cloud computing, or related offerings.

• Strong customer and partner relationships and engagement experience to build a solution for the NeoCloud ecosystem

• Proven ability to innovate and experience in launching and taking to market successful products

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Proven ability to influence geographically distributed teams

• BS or MS in Engineering. MBA is nice to have

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 156,000 and USD $ 310,800 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
