Duties: Prospect local businesses throughout the Austin area through face-to-face cold calling and business development activities. Visit businesses throughout your assigned territory to identify decision-makers and develop new sales opportunities. Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and recommend customized solutions. Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and product demonstrations. Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate customer information in Salesforce CRM. Partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and account implementation. Represent the company professionally while building lasting customer relationships throughout the Austin market.

Requirements: Required: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to reliably commute throughout the assigned territory. Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements, which may include a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance. Minimum two (2) years of successful sales experience with documented performance results. Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, business development, or new account acquisition. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Hunter mentality with the confidence to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Self-motivated, resilient, coachable, and driven to exceed sales goals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software Nice to Have (Not Required): Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in B2B outside sales. Salesforce CRM experience. Experience working directly with business owners, executives, or operational leaders.
